5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are possible for products of equal value.
  • Refunds are issued to the original PayPal account within 1 business day after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
